Hello everyone!
I’m not feeling the best and since my black out episode, it seems my stomach is hypersensitive. With my nephew’s birthday party today, well it kicked my butt. So now I’m laying in bed with a bloated and painful tummy.
So forgive me but I will be takin the night off.

Oh no sweetie. I am praying you feel better quickly. Spearmint helps with upset stomach and intestinal discomfort if you have any handy.

I always forget Spearmint helps, I may have to pick some up. I used to keep that in the house, also lemon ginger tea, but I haven’t in a while. Thank you for the prayers and the suggestion ❤
