Everyone please welcome Indy to the family! This is Valeria’s first “pet”, but not really considering mommy has a dog and kitty she is obsessed with.
The photo doesn’t really do it his colouring justice. He’s a beautiful blue and red, but where the two colours meet it’s a stunning deep purple. He is gorgeous.
Grandma came home the other day with a surprise for Valeria, we weren’t allowed upstairs until she had set him up. I joked on the phone earlier with my mom when she mentioned she got Valeria something that it was a pet rock. Nope she came home with a fighting fish.
Valeria is obsessed and just laughs every time she watches him swim around. I do have to get him some decorations for his tank, maybe a little cave and plant. Maybe when I get back from my mother-in-law’s on Sunday I’ll go get something.

She might grow up liking fish. I loved fish as a kid, no wonder now I have ponds here and there.
I bought my son a basketball and ring when he was little, today at 15, he is a basketballer.

Aww that’s so cool, how many ponds do you have? What type of fish is your favourite? It’s so nice that your son loves to play basketball…does he play for a team or just for fun?
