Happy ….Canada Day?

No I’ll be honest it isn’t a happy Canada Day and I sadly no longer have any patriotism for this country. I’m ready to go to be frank.

Hope whomever celebrated had a good day, but I refused to celebrate this year.

On the plus side, we spent the day with my husband’s family; kids running around, sun, walks, BBQ and quality time. It was a good day in that sense.

  1. I know what you mean. Have you seen what I have to choose from in the States? Yikes. Just Yikes. Our Independence Day is on Thursday. I don’t feel much like celebrating my country, either.
